"The Stafford Website Company were engaged by BAL Broadcast to redesign and develop the BAL Broadcast website. BAL designs and manufactures a range of equipment for professional broadcasting and the website had to guide clients through a series of steps in order to locate the product required and provide technical information including the downloading of a PDF datasheet. This required the site to have five layers and be underpinned by a complex database which could be easily changed as products changed. In addition, e-commerce was added to allow certain products be bought on line via PAYPAL.
As the website was complex and had a high technical content it was necessary for BAL staff to work closely with the staff from The Stafford Website Company who were found to be friendly, cooperative and responsive. In addition, the involvement of Barrie Eyden Design brought the visual element to the site required for the market served. The project was achieved within budget and we are very satisfied with the result.
